About Dr. Ruzic

Roxanne Ruzic, Ed.D., has been helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals for more than 15 years. Trained both as a researcher and an instructional designer, she has a bachelor’s in English and a master’s in education from Stanford University and a doctorate in human development and psychology with an emphasis in research methods from Harvard University. She has worked with entrepreneurs, nonprofit executives, small businesses, educational foundations, research and development groups, civic associations, tool developers, policy makers, universities, and museums to assess programs and improve practice.

Dr. Ruzic assists individuals and organizations with evaluation, programming, and communication. Her objective is to help her clients get the information, coaching, and tools they need in order to make smart decisions, achieve their goals, and share their successes with others.
